OCTOBER 25
NEW ENGLAND FALL CONFERENCE MEETING
“HUMAN TRAFFICKING”

Instead of a program meeting this month, we are encouraging all women to attend the “Fall Conference Meeting” held at HUMC this day. The luncheon will be prepared here at HUMC by the UMW of East Longmeadow UMC. Our UMW has been asked to attend the meeting as representatives of our own UMW here at HUMC. We will need one or two persons to handle registration and will wear nametags so our guests can find us easily if they have any questions.
Look for more information on this 9 AM to 3:00 PM meeting as we get closer to the October 25 date.

NOVEMBER MEETING

Date and Time to be determined
“A panel of women sharing the testimony of their faith”
Join us as we hear these women’s testimony of their faith journey, and let us all enjoy an old fashioned “hymn sing.” One could all
this program a “mini-revival.” This program is the brainchild
of Jessica Duga, Sue Braun and Tracy Weisel.
Tonight is the night we bring in our World Thank Offerings.
Tonight is also the evening we fill out our pledge cards for the
following year. We will also determine where to “share” the
balance of monies in our checking account this evening, since it
is the last meeting of the year.
Chair: Barbara Sackett
Hostesses: Betty Steele and Betty Mientus
